30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact our support team and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Warranty
All keyboards and switches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Keycaps and accessories carry a 6-month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or physical impact.
Exchanges
Prefer a different product? We are happy to process an exchange within 30 days. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
